1. Heard Mr. K. M. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for all the respondents. 2. Mr. P. Nayak, learned counsel, has placed on record a communication dated 10.06.2025, issued by the respondents, to the son of the writ petitioner (Late Jatin Chandra Sarmah). 3. A perusal of the said communication would reveal that the amount of Rs.23,97,895.65/-(Rupees Twenty Three Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Five and Sixty Five Paise only) directed to be refunded to the writ petitioner by this Court, has been so refunded. Further, the other pensionary benefits receivable by the writ petitioner has also been released to the family of the writ petitioner. 4. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the directions passed by this Court vide the order dated 26.09.2023 in
