In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondents to release the retiral benefits of her late husband which have been withheld by the respondents. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner passed away on 28.12.2023 while in service. Till date, no retiral benefits have been released to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction be given to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-2), submitted by the petitioner in a time bound manner. 4. In event, the petitioner is held entitled for grant of relief as per the law as claimed in the legal notice dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-2), the same be also released within a period of 02 months thereafter. 7.
