This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.42108 of 2025 which stood dismissed for non- compliance of peremptory order dated 27.06.2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has complied the order by filing supplementary affidavit but the copy of the same has not been served to the learned APP for the State. 4. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60381 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 Misc.
