By this application filed on 07.02.2025 under Section 483 BNSS, the petitioner, namely, Abdul Noor Laskar, son of Kutub Uddin Laskar, resident of village-Didarkosh Part-1, Police Station-Kachudaram, District-Cachar is seeking bail in Harangajao Police Station Case No. 20/2024 Page No.# 2/2 registered under Sections 21 (C)/29 of the NDPS Act, in which he was arrested on 14.11.2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Harangajao P.S. Case No. 20/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 3/2025 dated 31.01.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Harangajao P.S. Case No. 20/2024. 5.
