Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some confusion in the counting of dates, the order dated 17-09-2010 passed by the Lawazima Board could not be carried out, as a result of which, the Second Appeal no. 327 of 2010 was dismissed. 3. Having regard to explanation furnished in the petition and the submissions made in support thereof, this Court would find sufficient grounds for allowing the restoration petition.
