THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The parties and their respective counsel are present. It is submitted that the matter is settled amicably between the parties and agreed that the petitioner-accused is ready to settle the dispute for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in total and out of which, Rs.2,50,000/- has already been deposited before the Trial Court. It is further agreed that the balance amount of sum of Rs.1,50,000/- will be paid on or before 10.10.2025. In view of the above, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Trial Court. In case of failure to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, the respondent is at liberty to proceed to take appropriate action against the petitioner. 3 The petitioner is permitted to deposit the balance amount before the Trial Court by way of demand draft.
