In criminal revision No. 181/2024 has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “The Petitioner humbly and most respectfully prays that the Hon'ble court may kindly be please to call for the records of Sessions Trial No. 08/2023 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, District Rajnandgaon and may kindly be please to quash and set aside the order dated 25.01.2024 (Annexure A/1) whereby praying for discharge of the accused in the dismissed on the application dated 25.08.2023 u/s 216 The Code of Criminal Procedure vide order dated 25.01.2024 and may kindly be pleased to discharge the accused from all the offences and all 3 consequent proceedings may kindly also be quashed in the interest of Justice.” 4. In criminal revision No. 564/2023 has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “The Petitioner humbly and most respectfully prays that the Hon'ble court may kindly be please to call for the records of Sessions Trial No. 08/2023 pending before the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, District Rajnandgaon and may kindly be please to quash and set aside the order dated 10-03- 2023 (Annexure A/1) whereby charges has been framed against the petitioner and order dated 10-03-2023 and may kindly be pleased to discharge the accused from all the offences and all consequent proceedings may kindly also be quashed in the interest of Justice.” 5. In view of the communication made by the learned trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Sessions Trial No. 08/2023 it seems that these criminal cases have been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous. 6.
