She further submits that the petitioners have preferred a SA before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, which is pending adjudication. She further submits that the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners from their sole residential house and she is confining the prayer in this petition for the expeditious disposal of IA for interim relief which the petitioners would be preferring within a week. 2.
