Case No. 79 of 2024, for offences registered under Sections 18, 27(a), 28, 29, 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 33 of Indian Forest Act. The case is pending presently in the court of learned Session Judge, Chatra. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner was cultivating poppy plants. 4.
