TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to fix stones around the share of Petitioner's and her minor children agricultural land bearing Gata No.263/1.7930 hectare and Gata No.208/1.630 hectare situated in Village Jaraha Khurd, Tehsil Moth, District Jhansi. ii. TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to decide the Representation dated 23.4.2025 [filed as Annexure No.4 to this Writ Petition] of the Petitioner." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, dated 23.4.2025 is pending consideration before the revenue authorities. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the authority concerned to conclude the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
