Learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the fact that when the petitioner himself is not legally related to the property in reference then whether petitioner’s locus to come forward and throw challenge to the vires of the law which intend to introduce property tax, the learned counsel for the petitioner comes forward with a plea that he be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one either by having the owner of the property i.e. father of the petitioner joining him or the father himself coming forward with a writ petition for the desired objective of throwing the challenge or maintaining the challenge to the vires of the laws in reference. 2. This Court grants opportunity to the counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty reserved opportunity to file a fresh one by the petitioner joined by his father or by the father alone, as the case may be. 3.
