The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 596 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1). 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. It is alleged that petitioner and her husband Ramesh Mandal abducted the deceased Rina Giri and forced her to sit in a vehicle and thereafter, Rina Giri went missing. Ultimately her dead body was recovered. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
