1. The petitioners have challenged the order of grant dated 07.04.2023, passed in favour of the respondent No. 6.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that cancellation of grant is to be by approaching the competent authority under Rule 25 of the Karnataka Land Grant Rules.
3. Taking note of the availability of substantive remedy, petition is disposed of as not calling for adjudication, but, reserving liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in terms of Rule 25 of the Karnataka Land Grant Rules. All contentions are kept open.
4. Office to return the certified copies of the documents furnished after retaining photostat copies for reference.
