The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date fixed the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner could not note the list wherein the matter was fixed. Accordingly, he failed to appear before this Court. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties the order dated October 24, 2025 is recalled. 4.
