By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for payment remaining 10% of GPF amount along with statutory insterest and also medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs. 10,89,712 along with interest which is pending before respondent No. 1 in view of the fact that papers have stood processed by respondent No. 2 on 03.04.2024 copy whereof has been brought on record as annexure no. 4 to the petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the state respondents as well as Shri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection in the event direction is issued to the state government to take final decision in the matter. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the claim of petitioner for 10% GPF and medical reimbursement within a period of one month from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
