It is contended that public pathway is being constructed over the bhumidhari land of petitioners without paying any compensation or damages to petitioners. Petitioners have moved an application before Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Koraon, District-Prayagraj on 23.06.2025, which is pending consideration. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Koraon, District-Prayagraj to positively decide the application dated 23.06.2025 moved by petitioners, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks, from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
