The present writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 10.2.2025 passed by the respondent no. 3 annexed as Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent, UPSIDA has placed the letter dated 28.6.2025 issued by Regional Manager, UPSIDA, in which, it is indicated that a draw by means of lottery has been scheduled on 11.7.2025 and the petitioner is also one of the participant. The said letter has been taken on record. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage. 5.
