The affidavits of service filed by the petitioners are taken on record. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the representation dated 9th October 2023, at page 19 of this writ petition, should be considered by the Chairman of Sreerampur Municipality. In the aforementioned representation, the petitioners allege that, in 2012, without obtaining permission from them, the members of the Shakti Sangha Club (respondent No. 6) demolished the common boundary wall and encroached upon part of the petitioners' property. Respondent No. 6 is represented. 2 The dispute is civil in nature which cannot be adjudicated by the Chairman of the Municipality. In light of this, this writ petition is not entertained. Accordingly, WPA 1588 of 2024 is dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual undertakings. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
