(ORAL) 1 The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.66, dated 27.4.2025 under Sections 303(2) of BNS and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals Act registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, Ludhiana District Ludhiana. 2. This Court vide order dated 24.6.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 24.6.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI-Gurmukh does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
