The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- 10(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ, order or directions to the respondents for issuing the patta to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be further pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 06.01.2021 (Annexure P-1), in the interest of justice. 2. It appears that an application for grant of lease was moved before the Tehsildar and same has been rejected by the said authority vide order dated 06.01.2021. The order passed by the Tehsildar is appealable one before the higher authority according to the provisions of CG Land Revenue Code and therefore, this petition is not maintainable.
3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the remedy available under the law. Sd/-
