The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 33168 of 2021 (Nepal vs. State of U.P. and Another). 4. Vide order dated 31.07.2025 notice was issued on the legal heirs the first informant. As per the office report dated 20.08.2025 a report regarding service of notice has been received. The report dated 19.08.2025 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad is on record which states that notice has been served on legal heirs of the first informant. Despite service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the first informant. 5.
