Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69456 of 2023. 3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. 4. At the very outset, learned APP appearing for the State; Sri Jharkhandi Upadhyay has submitted that out of 8 witnesses, 6–7 witnesses have been examined. 5.
