O R D E R 21.05.2025 While the matter was being argued it has been brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the respondents have provided him a copy of the objections which although has not been filed yet, perusal whereof reveals that the petitioner has been issued show cause notice dated 18.05.2025 wherein certain clarifications are sought regarding the issuance of passport to him to which the petitioner intends to file reply. In the light of issuance of show cause notice, petitioner does not want to press the instant petition, however, he seeks liberty to file a fresh petition in case fresh cause of action accrues. In the light of the stand taken by the respondents in the reply affidavit copy of which has been produced before this Court by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, same is taken on record and also in light of the statement made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
