Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Respondent no.4 does not wishes to proceed with the present first information report lodged against the petitioners and he has no objection in case the impugned first information report is quashed. In view of the above, first information report dated 24.05.2024, Case Crime No. 204 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 306, 406, 120B I.P.C, Police Station Hariparvat, District Agra is quashed.
