Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that despite the representation submitted by the petitioners, the respondents / contemnors have not decided the said representation. Hence this contempt petition has been filed. 3. Learned Dy. AG appearing for the contemnors/State would submit that the order of this Court would be complied with within a period of 45 days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the undertaking given by the State counsel to comply the order passed by this Court within a period of 45 days, the instant contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to comply the order within a period of 45 days positively. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach before this Court in an appropriate petition, if their grievance is not redressed or the order of this Court is not complied with by the respondent authorities within the stipulated time.
