The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Majhiaon P.S. Case No. 96/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa. 3. On 20.09.2024 at about 7:30 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant by lathi, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Majhiaon P.S.
