The present application is led by the Applicant for enlarging him on Parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground of providing nancial assistance to the family. 2. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Avanidhar Thakore for the Applicant and learned APP Mr. Vinay Vishen appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State. 3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the ground mentioned in the Application, this Court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 5. The application is partly allowed. The Applicant is R/SCR.A/16372/2025 ORDER DATED: 11/12/2025 ordered to be released on Parole Leave for a period of 21 days from the date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority, on a further condition that the Applicant shall mark his presence before the concerned police station on every alternate day and on a further condition that the Applicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the Parole period. 6.
