It is the case of the petitioner that despite he being the lowest tenderer, his technical bid has been rejected. 3. Per contra, it is submitted by learned counsel for Nagar Palika that the bid was declared disqualified as the bidder had failed to submit Fixed Deposit Receipt as mandated under the GCC. 4. On query, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the FDRs have not been submitted. 5. In that view, no illegality can be found in the 2025:UHC:4872-DB 2 rejection of the petitioner’s bid. 6. The petition stands rejected. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
