Parmar Nareshkumar Ishvarbhai has led this petition contending that his wife Nishaba with whom he married on 3.6.2025 at Dariapur has been illegally conned by her father Dolatbhai Dabhi- respondent No.5 herein. 2. On advance notice being served, the State has secured the presence of Nishaba and has presented her before us. 3. Nishaba admits that she did marry the petitioner on 3.6.2025 but, she has been since changed her mind and she does not want to reside with the petitioner but wants to reside with her father- respondent No.5. In view of the fact respondent No.4- Nishaba though married to the petitioner, wishes to reside with her parents and she being more than 18 years of age, this petition cannot be entertained on the premise that she has been illegally detained. The writ petition is, therefore, CLOSED. 5. It is needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings to resolve his marital dispute with Nishaba.
