ORDER 30.04.2025 WP(C) 910/2025 c/w WP(C) 492/2025:
01. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the maintainability of these petitions in view of catena of judgments delivered by the learned Apex Court, seeks withdrawal of these petitions, with liberty to participate in the tendering process, which has been floated by the respondents. His statement is taken on record.
02. In view of the above, both these petitions shall stand dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. However, this liberty will be subject to the fact if the date for participation in the tender has not been closed.
CCP(S) 114/2025:
03. Since the main writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn, as such, nothing remains for adjudication in the instant contempt petition and accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
04. A copy of this order be placed on each file.
