Applicant Indrajeet, who is a charge sheeted accused and facing trial before Court below, has approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: - (1) Stay the further proceedings of Session Trail No. 153 of 2019, "State Vs. Rajveer and others" arising out of Case Crime No. 0149 of 2019, U/S 147, 302, 201, 34, I.P.C. Police Station Rampura, District Jalaun, pending in the Court of District and Session Judge, Orai. District Jalaun at Orai. (ii) Quash the order dated 07.10.2024 passed in Session Trail No. 153 of 2019, "State Vs. Rajveer and others" arising out of Case Crime No. 0149 of 2019, U/S 147, 302, 201, 34, I.P.C. on Application No.73kha u/s 311 Cr.P.C. Police Station Rampura, District Jalaun, pending in the Court of District and Session Judge, District Jalaun Orai. at (iii) Pass such other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.." On the matter being taken up, the learned counsel for applicant contends that trial of the applicant pending before Court belo has now concluded and applicant had been acquitted. As such, present application has now been rendered infructuous. He, therefore, submits that this application be, accordingly, dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Learned A.G.A. representing State opposite party 1 has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant. In view of above, this application is, accordingly, dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
