Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 29.06.2024, registered as Case Crime No.196 of 2024, under sections 147, 149, 323, 506, 352, 452, 392 of IPC, Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. 3. Upon being informed that charge sheet has been submitted by the police in the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
