Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for following relief: "issue an appropriate direction or pass an order directing the learned Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Court No. 06, Allahabad, to dispose the Original Suit No. 380 of 2009, (Ram Briksh vs. Shankar and others), for Sale Deed Cancellation Executed on 24.12.2001, 09.01.2002, 23.01.2002 and 08.11.2002 pending since 27.03.2009 as expeditiously as possible and within such shortest possible time-frame, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2009. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that issues have already been framed. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Court No. 06, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
