Heard Sri Akash Kishan, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Ravi Anand, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4. The petitioner is daughter of deceased employee who died-in- harness on 10.06.2014 and has approached this Court that Second Promotional Grade and Second Assured Carrier Promotion(ACP) to her deceased father was not decided his service period and he refers a letter dated 26.06.2024 that it is still pending before concerned respondent. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 on basis of instruction submits that if such claim is still pending before concerned respondent who is competent authority, the same will be decided within short period. Learned counsel for petitioner on basis of aforesaid submission submits that this writ petition may be disposed of. In aforesaid circumstances, without entering into merit of case, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if issue in regard to above referred Second Promotional Grade and Second Assured Carrier Promotion(ACP) is still pending, the said competent authority/ concerned respondent will decide the same within short period and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
