Memo in CRP No.99/2012 reads as under: “The undersigned respectfully submits that the matter in the above case has been amicably settled for Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to be payable by the respondent. Accordingly, the respondent has paid and the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by cash towards the full and final settlement of his claim. Hence, this memo. Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to kindly dispose of the above petition as amicably settled between the parties, in the ends of justice and equity.” 3. Memo in RFA No.703/2009 reads as under: “The undersigned respectfully submits that, upon advice, the matter in the above case has been amicably settled for Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41020 CRP No. 99 of 2012 C/W RFA No. 703 of 2009 be payable by the respondent in the connected matter in CRP No.99/2012. Having regard to the above, the appellant does not intend to proceed with the above case. Hence, this memo. Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to kindly dispose of the above appeal, in the ends of justice and equity. In view of withdrawal of the above appeal, it is prayed to pass orders for refund the court fee paid on appeal memorandum to the appellant herein.” 4. Sum of Rs.30,000/- rendered in CRP No.99/2012 by the respondent to the petitioner which has resulted in filing the memo in both these matters. 5.
