Lenka, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD ORDER 31.10.2025 The subject matter of this writ petition is substantially similar to the one in WP(C) No.29294 of 2025 between Aparna Patra v. State of Odisha & others decided by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2025, wherein a direction has been given to consider the representation of a litigant of the kind in a time bond way. Learned AGA Mr. Lenka, on request, appearing for the OPs does not much dispute this position and after all the prayer is to pass an order on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2024, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-9. 2. Representations of citizens cannot be kept in a limbo indefinitely, since there is mandate enacted in Article 350 of the Constitution of India, as has been extensively interpreted by various High Courts in the Country, as rightly submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off. Period of consideration of subject representation and informing result of such Order No. 01. consideration to the petitioner, is eight weeks. All contentions of the parties are kept open. It is open to solicit any information or document from side of the petitioner or from other officers, as are required for due consideration of the subject representation; however, in that guise delay shall not be brooked.
