By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought a direction to the court concerned to dispose of the applications on the next date fixed, as any further delay in the matter will frustrate the purpose of filing such applications. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to consider and decide petitioners’ applications under Section 9 of the aforesaid Act, if possible, on 28.05.2025 itself. 6.
