2. complaint dated 18.03.2025, submitted by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Garhshankar. It has been alleged therein that the petitioner, Tarsem Singh, who previously s Cooperative Agriculture Services Society Limited, Ajnoha, Tehsil Garhshankar, committed embezzlement of an amount of said amount was reflected as “cash in hand” in the day book, along with stock of manure, the charge of which was allegedly not handed over to the current Manager of the Society. This alleged embezzlement came to light during an audit of the Society’s records for the period from 01.04.2005 to
31.03.2023. interrogation is not warranted in the present case, as the allegations are based entirely on documentary evidence, which is already available with the concerned office. The FIR in question has been registered on the basis of a complaint dated 18.03.2025, submitted by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Garhshankar.
