The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner(s) in case bearing FIR No.0051 dated 02.06.2025, under Section(s) 303 (2), 351 (2), 62, 324 (4), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Bariwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the
order dated 24.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) have joined investigation and are no longer required for investigation of the case.

Learned State counsel on instruction from ASI Lakhvir Singh, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4
Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Advocate, enters appearance and files power of attorney on behalf of complainant. He submits that the petitioners along with co-accused have committed trespass and theft of the belongings of the complainant and therefore, the present petition deserves to be dismissed. However, he does not dispute that the petitioners have joined investigation. 5
Heard learned counsel for the parties. 6
Since the petitioner(s) have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 24.06.2025 is made absolute. 7
However, the petitioner(s) shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
