The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of orders dated 24.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) and 30.05.2016 (Annexure P-8) whereby his representations against adverse remarks recorded in ACR have been rejected. 2. The Reporting Authority recorded adverse remarks in the petitioner’s ACR for the period from 01.04.2014 to 22.11.2014 and 22.11.2014 to 31.03.2015. He preferred representation against adverse remarks. The Competent Authority rejected his representation on the ground that Reporting Authority has recorded adverse remarks on the basis of reliable information. 3. The case of petitioner is squarely covered by order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.20171 of 2010 titled as ‘Dharamvir Singh Versus State of Haryana and Others’. 4. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
