Case No.178 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Mohana arising out of Adava P.S. Case No.96 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 25(1)(a) of Arms Act. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court has no iota of doubt that the investigating agency shall scrupulously follow the guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vrs. State of Bihar & another, (2014) 8 SCC 273 and reiterated in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation & another, (2022) 10 SCC 51. 5.
