Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the order dated 16.07.2025 has been passed in the W.P.(C) No.11242 of 2025 without issuing notice to the present Petitioners (Opposite Party Nos.6 to 9 in W.P.(C) No.11242 of 2025). Hence, the substantive facts of the case were escaped from the attention of this Court. 5. The order sought to be reviewed is admittedly violating the principle of natural justice as notice were not issued to the present Petitioners (Opposite Party Nos.6 to 9 in W.P.(C) No.11242 of 2025) and the matter was disposed of without hearing the other side. 6. In such view of the matter, there is error apparent on the face of the records. 7. Hence, the RVWPET is allowed and the order dated 16.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11242 of 2025 is hereby recalled. The said Writ Petition is restored to file. 8.
