By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 15.06.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.2." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
