On perusal of the record, it appears that challenging the order taking cognizance dated 05.12.2024 passed by the learned J.M.F.C.-I (Cog. Taking), Jharsuguda in C.T. No.209 of 2024, the present application has been filed at the instance of the accused-Petitioners to invoke the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. The order taking cognizance is a final order and revisable in nature. 3. Since a statutory remedy is available, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent power under Section 482 of Page 2 of 2. Cr.P.C. 4.
