The Petitioner, in this Writ Petition, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to pay him compensation in accordance with the assessment and determination of valuation of the land acquired by the Opposite Party No.3/ IDCO for construction of Dharani Sugar Mill in the district of Bhadrak as awarded vide order dated 20.06.2022 passed by a Single Bench of this Court in LAA No.143 of 2010. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the case of the Petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 07.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2804 of 2023. He further submits that since the present Petitioner is similarly situated to the Petitioners in W.P.(C) No.2804 of 2023, he seeks similar relief in the present Writ Petition. Be that as it may, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.2/ Collector, Bhadrak- cum- Land Acquisition Collector, Bhadrak by filing a detailed representation indicating the case number and also annexing the order dated 07.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2804 of 2023 within a period three weeks hence. In such event, the Opposite Party No.2/ Collector, Bhadrak-cum- Land Acquisition Collector, Bhadrak shall look into the grievance of the Petitioner and pass a reasoned order in the matter in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation to be filed by the Petitioner. 6.
