The Stamp Reporter has submitted a report that present appeal under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act against the impugned order is not maintainable as the impugned order has been passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat. 4. No appeal against the order passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act would lie, therefore, present appeal is dismissed with liberty to the appellant to avail appropriate remedy available in law.
