The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court be graciously pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to regularize the service of the Petitioner as Date Entry Operator (DEO) or any other post befitting to his qualification and to grant him all consequential service and financial benefit within a stipulated period, as he has completed more than 17 years of uninterrupted service; And/or pass any other writ/writs, order/orders/direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper: And for this act of kindness as in duty bound the Petitioner shall ever pray. 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, Petitioner has made a representation before Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure- 10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation vide Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition, in accordance with law, before 30th November, 2025 as it is contended that Petitioner is apprehending disengagement after that date. 6.
