By the aforesaid order fair price shop license of the petitioner was cancelled. 2. It is argued by Sri Vijay Shankar Prasad, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order a statutory appeal under Section 13(1) of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order (2016), is provided. 3. In this view of the matter, it is argued that as there is statutory alternative appeal against the impugned order, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 4. List of fresh cases has been revised. No one appears on behalf of petitioner to press this petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
