The present contempt application has been filed by the Petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.7759 of 2024. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, however, the Page 2 of 2. representation of the Petitioner has been rejected. 4. In view of such submission, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order passed by the authority in the event he is aggrieved by such order by filing a fresh writ petition.
