2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned A.G.A. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/respondents.
3. Today, the matter is listed on Time Extension Application filed by the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present C482 application of the applicant was decided by this Court vide
judgment and
order dated 20.05.2025, whereby, the applicant was given time to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 05.06.2025.
5. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that due to his personal difficulty, the applicant could not surrender before the concerned Court within the time framed by this Court while disposing of the present C482 application.
6. For the reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of Time Extension Application, Time Extension Application (MCRC/2/2025) is allowed. The applicant may surrender before the concerned Court within 10 days from today i.e. on or before 10.08.2025.
7. Let a certified copy of this order be supplied to learned counsel for the parties today itself, on payment of usual charges.
